Cougar Valley Elementary School

About Cougar Valley

About Cougar Valley

Cougar Valley is a school characterized by rigorous academic achievement and a high level of parental involvement. It is truly a team effort in support of our mission.

Cougar Valley Elementary School opened in the fall of 1989. We serve about 500 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Staff participates on district-level committees and in-service training opportunities throughout the year.

It is a pleasure to be a part of such a caring and supportive team that has come together to create an outstanding school. Our community partners help us provide students many opportunities to extend learning.  We are grateful for the work our PTA, volunteers and our Naval Submarine Base Bangor neighbors.
